Giant Boykin is a University of North Texas alumnus, having earned his Master's degree in Interdisciplinary and Jazz Studies, Spring 2022. He studied with renowned professor Brad Leali and other accomplished musicians during his time at UNT. Prior to his Master's degree, Giant earned a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from the University of Texas at Tyler.

For Ana Lemons, music is more than just a career—it's a calling. Growing up in a household where both parents were full-time musicians, including one who proudly holds the title of a College of Music Alumna, Ana's life was steeped in the understanding that music was woven into her very being. She can vividly recall her early experiences, like her father taking her at age 7 to witness the One O’Clock Lab Band rehearse or her mother bringing her along to UNT voice studio competitions and music conferences.

Cherese Bassett-Sowell has more than 15 years of experience in higher education, sales and entrepreneurship. She started her advancement career at University of North Texas and has quickly moved through various promotions from Director of Development, Senior Director, and Executive Director in a span of 5 years. Prior to her career in higher education, she was frequently placed on national rankings and won regional awards in her sales career.
