Vocal Jazz Summer Workshop

About the Workshop
The UNT Vocal Jazz Summer Workshop is one of the premier summer workshops of its kind.
The 28th annual workshop will take place on the University of North Texas campus and is led
by Jennifer Barnes, Director of UNT Vocal Jazz.
The workshop will conclude by 4:00pm on Friday.
- $30 – Registration Fee
- $650 – Tuition
- $160 – Minor Housing (optional; shared room with shared bath)
- $40 per additional night (early arrival and/or late departure)
- $40 – Minor Supervision Fee
- Automatically assessed for participants under the age of 18 residing on campus.
- $240 – Adult Housing (optional; private room with private bath)
- $60 per additional night (early arrival and/or late departure)
- $120 – Meal Plan (Monday dinner-Friday lunch)
- The meal plan is mandatory for all participants under the age of 18.
- No option for additional meals. Those who require extra nights of housing can pay
with cash or card in the dining hall or go off campus (under 18 with supervision).
- $25 – Commuter Parking Permit (optional)
- $20 – Continuing Education Units Certificate (optional)
Participants residing on campus must provide their own bedding (extra-long twin size), pillows, towels, and toiletries.

Registration Policy
- Full payment is due at the time of registration.
- Enrollment is limited.
- Requested by May 23, 2025 – Full refund less $130 ($30 registration fee + $100 administrative fee)
- Requested by June 6, 2025 – Full refund less $230 ($30 registration fee + $200 administrative fee)
- We are unable to process refunds requested after June 6, 2025.
- No refunds will be made should a participant be dismissed for violating UNT policy
or program rules provided on the first day.
