New Scheduling Software for Fall 2025

We are excited to announce that we have a new scheduling system called Mazevo, which will be available on Monday, Aug 18! We will stop taking requests through the old system on Friday, Aug 15. 

What's new? An easy-to-use mobile app where you can view the status of all your events (including a function for committee members to see all student recitals they have approved), single sign-on capability, easy collaboration with event support services, enhanced reporting capabilities, and more. 

What hasn't changed? The Music Scheduling team is happy to help and answer any questions you may have. Drop by anytime or send an email to music.scheduling@unt.edu. 

The website will be undergoing many changes as we add more info about the new software, tutorials, FAQs, etc. Please be patient with us as we update our systems!

Recording Services Rate Increase

All recording services have increased by $25 from the old rates. Updated rates are available in the Frequently Asked Questions. Please reach out to Recording Services with any questions. 

ALL Fall 2025 Recital Bookings are Open!
  • Non-Degree Recitals must conclude by March 31 (Spring) or October 31 (Fall)
  • All other Recitals must conclude by the last Friday before Jury Week - last day for Fall 2025 is Nov 21.
  • Recitals should be booked, all Recording Services upgrades paid, and programs submitted NO LESS than three weeks in advance.  

Please read the Recital Guidelines and make sure you are fully prepared BEFORE submitting a recital request to make sure you are following all relevant policies. Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive each day, we will not hold requests that do not adhere to policy; such requests will be deleted, and you will need to resubmit. Please do not email this office for updates; you will receive email confirmation once your request has been approved.

  • Nov 7 - Masters and Senior Recitals
  • Nov 14 - Junior Recitals
  • Nov 21 - All others
