Building Hours 

The building closes promptly at 10p. For the safety and security of all, please follow the instructions of Copy Room staff as they prepare for closing.

Fall 2026 Student Recital Scheduling Begins April 6th!

• Apr 6 - Doctoral
• Apr 13 - Masters and Senior 
• Apr 20 - Junior 
• Apr 27 - Non-Degree

Fall 2026 Recital Policy Changes

There are big changes coming for Fall - please be aware as you schedule Fall recitals!

• • All recitals now share the same deadline - the Friday before Jury Week. For Fall 2026 the deadline is Nov 20.
  • All Junior and Non-Degree recitals must be performed in the Choir Room, or you may find an off-campus venue. Please check the FAQs for more info on scheduling policies and procedures.
  • Please remember - recital should be booked, all invoices paid, and programs submitted NO LESS than three weeks in advance. 

Please read the Recital Guidelines and make sure you are fully prepared BEFORE submitting a recital request to make sure you are following all relevant policies. Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive each day, we will not hold requests that do not adhere to policy; such requests will be deleted, and you will need to resubmit. Please do not email this office for updates; your request status will change once it is approved by your full committee.
