Program Guidelines     Sample Programs     Submission Form     Questions?

The College of Music has an ethical, contractual and legal obligation to submit all programs to licensing agencies for royalty distribution. Therefore, the submission of program information is required. You are expected to fill out the online submission form three weeks in advance of your performance date.

All program information should be submitted at the same time. Information from the online submission form is compiled through automation, so your submission of complete program information expedites the process of drafting your program and reduces the chance for errors.

Before submitting your program information, review the UNT College of Music Program Style Guide. If you are a student, please consult with your major professor before submitting.
Those seeking a program for their departmental or class recital should review the submission procedure. For access to the program template for departmental or class recitals, please email the Program Office.

If you're more of a visual learner, we've got you covered! For general guidance, take a look at these sample programs. Check out new sample programs specific to Vocal Studies, Jazz Studies, and large ensembles.

When program information is received through the online submission form, the Program Office staff assembles it into a drafted program. This draft is sent to the submitter for their review. Once the submitter approves a draft, the final version of the program will be posted on the Events Calendar and compiled with other Concert Programs from the near future or recent past.

Questions? Please reach out to music.programs@unt.edu and a member of the Program Staff will be in touch.
