Event and performance programs are created and posted on the College of Music and University of North Texas calendars.
Once the event/performance information is received, it will be assembled and edited and a draft returned to the submitter for review. As soon as the approved draft has been returned to the programs office, the final version will then be posted on the Events Calendar and placed in the Program Archive.
The College of Music has an ethical, contractual and legal obligation to submit all programs to licensing agencies for royalty distribution, therefore, the submission of program information is required.

A reminder that all materials related to the event should be submitted at the same time. Please do not submit partial pieces of event information. The digital process is built to gather and design event programs in an automated fashion so submitting complete information expedites the process and reduces the chances for errors.
