CHANGE OF PLATFORM FOR INTERNAL-RELATED INFORMATION (please read thoroughly!)

Complying with the changes in the University's content management, we are changing our platforms where we post all internal-related information (e.g. audition timeslots, audition placements, rehearsal schedules, seating charts, etc.). In this regard, we are encouraging all members and future members of the orchestra to:

(1) Contact Orchestral Studies Personnel Manager, Ella Castro (Ella.Castro@unt.edu) for any questions or concerns regarding Fall 2025 Auditions.

(2) Make sure your UNT E-Mail is updated. Especially, if you are an incoming UNT student, check your UNT email at https://ams.untsystem.edu (login using your 8-Digit EUID and password). IMPORTANT: All orchestra-related communications will only be sent to your UNT email once the classes start (August 18, 2025). Please make sure you update it before then.

(3) You enroll in the correct orchestra class after placements are emailed. For undergraduates, enroll in any MULB 1805 sections, For graduate students, enroll in any MULB 5172 sections. For graduate students who needs to enroll in the zero-credit course, please email Dr. Colleen Conlon at colleen.conlon@unt.edu.

(4) You get the Canvas app. Before the second week of classes, we are going to shift all internal-related communications to Canvas. More information will be discussed in the first day of classes.

The following information will be updated in a timely manner. We encourage to everyone to check this website more frequently as we navigate these changes together. Stay updated, Orchestral Studies!
