Raymond Rowell

Raymond Rowell joined the College of Music in 2009 after spending several years in management in the private sector. Mr. Rowell holds degrees in cello performance from the Harid Conservatory of Music (BMus) and Ohio University (MM). Previously, he was awarded the Aspen Music Festival Orchestral String Fellowship, and was a member of the Winston-Salem Symphony Orchestra. As assistant dean, his responsibilities include oversight of College of Music scholarship administration, public relations, policy documentation, and supervision of the Dean’s Office.
