Piano Handbooks

These handbooks serve as the course syllabus for all sections of applied (studio) piano lessons taught by piano faculty and teaching fellows. Any requirements in the syllabi for individual teachers are in addition to those found in these documents. The handbooks should in no way be construed to supersede UNT or College of Music policies. In addition to each specific handbook, the following policies apply to all students.

Note: Any requests to change teachers or studio assignments should be directed to Dr. Pamela Mia Paul. Every effort is made to keep a student with the same teacher for as many semesters as possible, though no one is required to stay in the same studio and either the instructor or the student have the right to request a change for the following semester.
