Jae Park is a development professional and performing artist driven by a passion for building
meaningful connections across students, alumni, and donors in support of the performing
arts. She serves as Development Support Coordinator for the University of North Texas
College of Music where she supports fundraising initiatives and engagement strategies
that strengthen connections between the College and its community.
Previously, Park worked as Graduate Assistant for Annual Giving and Alumni Engagement
at UNT, where she contributed to year-round campaigns, including Day of Giving, which
increased participation by over 300%. She helped develop and manage a student ambassador
program that engaged more than 1,500 students and expanded donor outreach through
student-led efforts. Her work is grounded in data-informed strategy, collaborative
planning, and clear, donor-centered messaging.
Before transitioning into advancement, Park built a foundation in operations, sales,
and event management within arts and entertainment organizations, supporting multi-market
programming, audience communications, and engagement initiatives. She also brings
extensive experience in client-facing roles, reinforcing her strengths in relationship-building
and communication.
Park is currently pursuing a Master of Music in vocal performance at UNT, where she
also earned her Bachelor of Music. Through her work, she is committed to supporting
a culture of philanthropy that advances the continued growth and impact of the College
of Music.
