UNT Associate Professor of Jazz Piano, Dave Meder, has released his 4th album. “Rivers in the Desert” is an extended work commissioned by Chamber Music America and recorded with support from the Aaron Copland Fund for Music. Self-described as an adventurous contemporary jazz testament to the innate power of the earth, the album is available on all streaming platforms and for purchase on Bandcamp.
