Oscar Macchioni, Associate Professor of Piano and incoming Chair of the Division of Keyboard Studies, saw two of his writings published. "19th Century Latin American Piano Music: The Seeds of Nationalism" was the featured article in the American Music Teacher. Also published was "Monsterpieces by William Bolcom: An Adventure in Contemporary Piano Music" in Piano Professional’s Issue 66 of the European Piano Teachers Association.
