The UNT Division of Jazz Studies announced that the multi-GRAMMY nominated One O'Clock Lab Band will appear at the 68th Monterey Jazz Festival. Lab band director and associate professor, Alan Baylock, said that the University will be well represented calling out the "staggering level of musicianship" of the student band members, saying, “I’m thrilled that the One O’Clock Lab Band will be a part of this year’s Monterey Jazz Festival."
