Kahan Taraporevala (MA ’24 and Ph.D. student) won the Plano Civic Chorus (Texas) 2nd biennial Emerging Choral Composer Competition. The winning work, "Once Sweeter," was performed by the Plano Civic Chorus at their concert "Sing Anything: Family Caregivers, and Memory."
