Dean of the College of Music, John W. Richmond, announced the leadership of the College of Music Advancement Board. John Rydman (BME '72 - President/Owner of Spec’s Wines, Spirits, and Finer Foods) will be providing leadership through his position as Board Chair. Christopher P. Stanton (Executive Director of The John and Bonnie Strauss Foundation) will be Vice-Chair while William Smialek will serve as Nominating and Membership Committee Chair. Dean Richmond said, "Each of these leaders brings a wealth of impressive experience, expertise, insight, and devotion to our Board. Together with our new and returning Board Members, they are certain to provide transformational leadership and impact to advance the mission and vision of our College of Music."
