Jamie Rives is an Adjunct Instructor of Music Education at the University of North Texas where she teaches undergraduate courses in elementary music and is a Field Supervisor for Clinical Teachers.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in music education from Tarleton State University and a master’s degree in Music Education with an Elementary Emphasis and Kodaly Specialization from Wichita State University.   Ms. Rives is lead elementary music teacher in Denton ISD and lead elementary music curriculum writer for the district.
