Carole Overturf is a flutist and administrator originally from Houston, Texas. She holds a masters and performer diploma in flute performance from Indiana University where she also took coursework in arts administration. She received her bachelor’ degree from the University of North Texas in 2013 and is pleased to return to the College of Music as an administrator.

Prior to working for the University of North Texas, Carole spent three years as a flute specialist and marketing associate at the Carolyn Nussbaum Music Company. She lives in Lewisville, Texas with her percussionist husband Patrick Overturf and her two cats.
