Craig Crafton earned his juris doctor degree from Southern Methodist University and provides entertainment business consulting and advice with the insight of a creator, combined with legal education and business experience. He is former Chair of the Texas Entertainment and Sports Law Section, past editor of the TESLAW Journal, and has appeared as a featured panelist at the Winter Music Conference, Texas Independent Music Expo, Dallas Music Partners Conference, Neo-Soul Music Conference and the CLE event How to Make Money in Music, along with numerous publications. Craig is also an adjunct professor at the University of North Texas, College of Music, teaching music business, law and finance, and a past adjunct professor at Texas Wesleyan Law School, where he taught Entertainment Law. Craig is also a music producer and remixer, owns an international electronic music label, operates a music publishing company and has secured numerous placements in television and film for his artists.
His roster of entertainment clients includes musicians, bands, artists and designers, music labels, recording studios, video game creators, tv/radio personalities, film producers, managers, promoters, venues and athletes.
