Daniel Cook

Daniel is honored to be named the new Lecturer in Wind Studies and Athletic Bands and is currently completing his final year of coursework toward a doctor of musical arts degree in wind conducting at Northwestern University, where he studies with Dr. Mallory Thompson.

Andrew Trachsel

Andrew Trachsel has been appointed as Associate Professor of Wind Studies at the University of North Texas College of Music. He will serve as the conductor of the Symphonic Band and teach courses in graduate and undergraduate conducting.

Nicholas E. Williams

Dr. Nicholas Enrico Williams is the assistant director of wind studies, conductor of the Wind Ensemble, Brass Band, and the director of athletic bands, including the North Texas Green Brigade Marching Band and the Basketball Pep Band at the University of North Texas. He is also the conductor for the GDYO Wind Symphony in Dallas, Texas. In addition, he is a frequent guest conductor for the Dallas Winds (formerly Dallas Wind Symphony) and the Dallas Winds Brass Choir.

Dennis Fisher

Dennis Fisher is the Conductor of the Symphonic Band, Associate Director of Wind Studies at the University of North Texas, and Professor of Music in Conducting and Ensembles. A Kansas native, he has been a member of the faculty since 1982. 

Eugene Corporon

Eugene Migliaro Corporon is the conductor of the Wind Symphony and Regents Professor of Music at the University of North Texas. As Director of Wind Studies he guides all aspects of the program, including the masters and doctoral degrees in Wind Conducting. Mr. Corporon is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach and Claremont Graduate University. His performances have drawn praise from colleagues, composers and critics alike. Mr.
