Annual Instrument Petting Zoo, 10/24

Each year, future music educators who are members of the North Texas Music Educators Association (NTMEA) host an “Instrument Petting Zoo” designed to help children and their parents explore the instruments of the orchestra. This free event is open to elementary children in Grades 2-5 and begins with a short concert featuring accomplished chamber groups from the UNT College of Music. College of Music Gala: Easy to Love – A Celebration of Love Songs from Broadway

On October 4, enjoy unforgettable love songs, world-class singing and immense fun as David Itkin leads the Symphony Orchestra, talented UNT vocal soloists and the A Cappella Choir in a dazzling concert of Broadway’s most memorable love songs. The 41st annual International Computer Music Conference (ICMC): September 24–October 2

The International Computer Music Conference (ICMC) is the preeminent annual gathering for computer music practitioners from around the world. UNT's Early Childhood Music Program Opens Registration - Classes Start 9/18

What: Early Childhood Music Program for children from birth through 5 years old. Parents and guardians participate in the sessions with their children, who experience musical learning through play.

When: Families may register for one of two 10-week sessions held Fridays and Saturdays starting Sept. 18 and 19.
