Important: This same weekend is the big NASCAR race in Fort Worth, so hotel rooms are scarce and expensive. There are a block of rooms reserved at the Bois d’arc Buffalo Ranch (http://buffalovalleyeventcenter.com/index.php) just north of the University of North Texas. Transportation to and from will be provided. It is important to reserve a room immediately, as spaces fill up quickly. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate roommates. If you are interested in sharing a room, please contact Dr. Emmanuel.

The DFW International Airport or Dallas Love Field are both accessible. If you need transportation to Denton from either airport, please contact Dr. Emmanuel with your flight information ahead of time.
