The String Area of the College of Music is an integral part of one of the largest and most comprehensive music schools in the world.

String students at UNT:

The UNT string area regularly offers guest artist master classes with leading teachers and performers. Recent guests include principals from the Cleveland and Philadelphia Orchestras and artists from Chamber Music International.
